Empowerment Has No Barriers, Meet the Women (and Men) I'm Building This For
When people hear "leadership coach" or "corporate trainer," they picture boardrooms. Executive teams. HR directors with a training budget to spend.
That's part of my world and I'm proud of the work I do there. But if that's all you think EmpowHer.with3S is for, you've only seen half of it.
Because the truth is, some of the most powerful transformations I've witnessed didn't happen in a boardroom at all.
The SME owner who thought "strategy" was for bigger companies
She built her business from nothing one client, one referral, one late night at a time. But every time someone asked about her "growth strategy," she froze. Strategy felt like a word for people with MBAs and management teams, not for someone still doing her own invoicing at midnight.
What she needed wasn't a corporate framework. She needed someone to show her that the instincts she'd been running on for years were strategy she just hadn't been given the language for it yet.
The single parent rebuilding on her own terms
Balancing a business, or a career, or simply a sense of self while raising children alone takes a kind of resilience that doesn't show up on a resume. What often gets lost isn't capability. It's permission. Permission to take up space, to ask for what she's worth, to build something for herself without guilt.
The individual who was told their disability was a limitation
Differently-abled doesn't mean less capable it means a different starting point. I've seen brilliant minds held back not by what they couldn't do, but by rooms that never made space for how they could. The work here isn't charity. It's recognizing talent that's been overlooked, and building the confidence to walk into rooms that weren't originally built with them in mind.
The retiree who wasn't finished yet
Decades of experience. Wisdom other people would pay to have. And yet the moment "retirement" enters the conversation, the world often stops asking them what's next. I've worked with retirees who still have entire second acts in them, and all they needed was someone to say: your story isn't over, it's just changing chapters.
This is why I built EmpowHer.with3S the way I did.
Yes, I work with corporations, HR teams, and executive leadership that work matters, and it's a real part of what I do. But it was never meant to be the only door in.
Empowerment has no barriers, no matter your starting point.
Whether you're leading a team of 500 or just starting to believe in your own business idea. Whether you're in a corner office or raising a family on your own. Whether the world sees your age or your ability as a limit, I don't.
If you've ever felt like personal development, leadership, or growth "wasn't for people like you" I'd like to gently disagree. It's exactly for you. That's who this was built for.
Rise with Vision. Lead with Purpose. Leave a Legacy.
